Pole Foundations is your 6 week Course for learning the fundamentals of Pole Dance. Learn to spin, sit, climb, and hold yourself on the pole. We'll put it all together in different combos to build cardio endurance, as well as strength. By the end of the 6 weeks you will have learnt an entire routine!

*All Memberships are auto-renewing contracts. Member payments are deducted fortnightly. You can cancel anytime at no cost. All new members to studio OFF DUTY pay a registration fee of $50. This is a one-time payment that will be deducted with your first payment only, all recurring payments after this will not include this registration fee.
All memberships include free prac sessions- your time on the pole to practise your craft.
